Scholarship Timeline

The online scholarship application system will be open for a period of at least one month prior to the deadline. An announcement will be distributed to all collegiate and alumnae chapters via e-mail.

March 31
Applications must be submitted through the online system and transcripts from colleges and/or universities attended must be postmarked by this date.

The confirmation e-mail generated by the online system is the confirmation to all potential applicants that their application has been received; however, students should remind those individuals who have agreed to provide a recommendation letter that the recommendations are due within two weeks of the student's application submission.br>
April 15
All applications are sent to the Scholarship Committee for review.

June/July
During COTS or convention, the scholarship recipients are announced during the annual Foundation Luncheon.

July 31
Notification letters are mailed to all scholarship applicants.

August 31
Award Acceptance Agreements and official enrollment verifications are due.
